There are a number of activities that parents can do with their children before the kids head off to school when they're young and these same activities can be accomplished during summer vacations so kids don't get too used to being out of school, forgetting everything they've learned over the school year. Activities such as kids art classes, basic math lessons and music groups and instrumentation can offer a fun time for kids where they're not only occupied, but learning as well. Kids love interacting with parents and friends as early as six months old and home schooling can be valuable very early in life.
