A charitable group in Washington has recognized the need to help kids in need and know that a number of children in Boundary County only get food when they come to school so the group has put together a charitable effort where children will get kids backpacks that are filled with food and will be offered to many children who are on the free lunch and reduced fee lunch programs offered by the county. The current economic conditions have reduced the food available for a lot of kids around the United States and the group in Washington is hoping their example will inspire others.
