It's surprising how many companies don't yet use computerized systems to record things like sales and the hours worked by their employees and even in this time of high internet productivity, time and attendance is sometimes calculated by hand with a piece of paper and a calculator by small business owners. What man companies, whatever their size, should realize these days is that it's generally a good thing to consider adding computerized software to repetitive tasks because a computer is less likely to make mistakes in a calculation than someone pecking away at a calculator or other simple device.
